DESCRIPTION:TonhalleNIGHT is a fundraising event organised by the Freundeskreis Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich\, and this year we will be exploring the history of film music. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“A long time ago\, in a galaxy far\, far away …” – No! On 24 January 2026 and very close by\, there will be an event at which you will hear\, among other things\, the legendary film music from “Star Wars”. Film music is the theme of our tonhalleNIGHT\, and it not only shapes the concert programme conducted by our Music Director Paavo Järvi. The Tonhalle Zürich will be transformed into a glamorously decorated backdrop\, and the culinary delights will include popcorn. \nAll that’s missing now are the protagonists\, i.e. you: celebrate with us\, enjoy the music and the encounters!
