Ski lodge atmosphere with a cool retro look. Choose from two prix fixe menus and a variety of beverages:
Alpine menu – CHF 98.00 per person. A variety of appetisers to share, braised beef shoulder or “Älplermagronen” (traditional Alpine dish of pasta and potatoes in a creamy cheese sauce) as the main course, followed by a dessert from our star pastry chef Christian Hümbs.
Fondue menu – CHF 89.00 per person. A selection of Graubünden classics as an appetiser, followed by a fondue of your choice. You can choose from classic fondue, fondue with truffles (+ CHF 10.00) or Michelin-starred chef Heiko Nieder’s aromatic creation (+ CHF 5.00). The meal is finished off with a sweet indulgence from our star pastry chef Christian Hümbs.
