Enjoy a delightful break in a stylish setting – our Afternoon Tea combines British tradition with Swiss finesse. Served on a classic tiered stand, Storchen spoils you with a refined selection of savoury and sweet delicacies, accompanied by fine teas or coffee of your choice.

Part I – Savoury

• Swiss roast beef sandwich with Branston pickle cream, Schlattgut egg & cucumber

• Mini tartlets in four variations: House-smoked salmon with avocado & Espelette pepper, Crayfish with cocktail sauce, Chicken salad with mango

Part II – Sweet

• Traditional scones with clotted cream & sea buckthorn–orange marmalade

• Storchen tartlet with passion fruit & Felchlin Suhum 60% chocolate

• Pâte à choux with hazelnut & mascarpone

• Macaron with kaffir lime & pistachio

• Carrot cake with cream cheese & cinnamon
