The series begins on May 6, 2025, with Marco Ortolani’s exclusive guest appearance at Caruso, where Engadine lamb, squid carbonara, and other highlights from Ortolani’s kitchen blend seamlessly with the Mediterranean lightness of southern Italy.
From August 18 to 20, 2025, Armando Aristarco, Executive Chef of Caruso, A Belmond Hotel on the Amalfi Coast, will be our special host at La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich. He will bring the unique Amalfi flair directly to Zurich, enchanting us with Mediterranean delicacies that transport the magic of the Southern Italian coast to the city.
