Two culinary masters come together for a unique gastronomic journey: Marco Ortolani, Executive Chef at La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich, and Armando Aristarco, Executive Chef of Caruso, A Belmond Hotel Amalfi Coast.
After Ortolani’s guest appearance in Italy this spring, Zurich will host Armando Aristarco from August 18–20, 2025, bringing authentic Amalfi flair and Mediterranean delicacies to the heart of the city.
A special tasting menu (CHF 175) and à la carte options will be available.
