Imagine a warm summer evening. The city lights reflect on the Limmat, while in Ascona the last rays of sunlight fade behind the trees. On 28 August 2025, a concert begins in two different worlds – connected by the sound of a single grand piano.

La via del suono – the path of sound – is more than a concert. It is an experience that transcends boundaries. Two extraordinary pianists, Giorgi Gigashvili in Zurich and Ilya Shmukler in Ascona, enter into a musical dialogue – transmitted in real time via the remarkable Steinway Spirio. What begins in two places becomes one deeply moving, shared moment.

You can choose where you wish to experience this evening: in the elegant setting of La Rôtisserie at Hotel Storchen Zurich – in the very heart of the city. Or beneath the open sky in Ascona, at the beautiful Castello del Sole.
