This year again, the beloved Märlitram brings festive magic to Zurich’s children during the Advent season. With Santa at the wheel and two angels on board, young passengers enjoy a 20-minute ride through the wintery city centre — now with the St. Annahof branding on the roof.
Departing from Bellevue, the journey leads via Limmatquai and Central to Bahnhofstrasse and back. Along the way, stories are told, Christmas songs are sung, and at the end, each child receives a traditional Tirggel as a sweet farewell.
