The Epicure Dining Festival Dolder Grand

This is the eighth time the international culinary elite will gather at gourmet festival THE EPICURE to raise the gastronomic bar. From 27 June to 2 July 2023, “The Restaurant” chef Heiko Nieder and other top chefs from Europe, Asia and Mexico will be serving up extraordinary flavour combinations and memorable culinary experiences.

Over the course of five evenings, Heiko Nieder will team up with a different chef each time to create an 8-course menu featuring pairings not seen before. A grand finale awaits you on the Sunday!
