Dolder Lodge meets St. Moritz – a winter pop-up restaurant at the magnificent Dolder Grand Hotel opens its doors from November 4th, 2022. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel, where guests can enjoy the chic retro design of St. Moritz, whilst diving into the delicious alpine dishes served by fine dining chef, Heiko Nieder. The focus is on refined specialties from the mountains, which star chef has given a special twist.
This year’s pop-up restaurant is the perfect place to escape the cold and experience the most famous mountain world in Switzerland – St. Moritz. You will find yourself only 701 meters above sea level, with Zurich’s Adlisberg, right on your doorstep.
The Dolder Lodge’s après-ski terrace is open for you when the weather is fine. It is open Thursday to Sunday, from 6 pm on.
In the pop-up restaurant, authentic elements and original decoration from the Engadine ensure that guests can take time out in the St. Moritz mountains not far from the pulsating city of Zurich.
Together with his team, Heiko Nieder, Culinary Director at the Dolder Grand, has created a selection of hearty dishes that reinterpret Alpine classics: Mountain Potato Rösti with Périgord Truffle Salad, Pikeperch Capuns with Blanc de noir Foam and Caviar or Kasnudeln with White Truffle and Nut Butter. A special culinary highlight is the celebrated “Fondue by Heiko Nieder. In addition, the menu also holds a classic cheese fondue, fondue chinoise with three types of meat, and other delicacies.
