The “Swiss Open Gstaad” is not only the most traditional ATP clay-court tennis tournament in Switzerland, it also takes place in a unique setting. In Gstaad, Stefan Edberg, Ilie Nastase or Roger Federer have already been able to sign the winners’ list. The best tennis player of all time received his first wildcard for an ATP tournament in Gstaad, later topped the world rankings for a long time and last found his way to the Bernese Oberland in 2013.
