Precise Tale Seehof Hotel Davos

As one of the historically oldest hotels in Davos, the Precise Tale Seehof Davos upholds tradition – but also while combining it with a contemporary spirit. Picturesquely nestled in the Grisons mountains at an altitude of 1,560 meters above sea level, this hotel combines its long history with modern elements.

Guests particularly appreciate the hotel’s central location, which is the perfect starting out point for shopping tours, gallery visits, sporting activities, and all the best things to do in Davos. The valley station of the Parsenn cable car is right on the Seehof’s doorstep, leading directly to the snow-sure ski slopes and extensive hiking trails.

The range of sports, leisure, and nature activities on offer in Davos is truly unique. Whether winter or summer – thanks to the Seehof’s excellent location – all guest’s leisure and sports wishes can be easily fulfilled.

The alpine flair of Davos can also be experienced in its interior, in the 113 completely redesigned rooms, suites, and apartments, most of which are clad in Swiss stone pine and flooded with light. All rooms are elegantly furnished and have a sitting area and minibar (with complimentary soft drinks and snacks).

Select rooms also feature a balcony with stunning views of the Davos mountains. Skillfully placed historical furniture sits in the public hotel areas, as well as original artworks and pieces of Graubünden arts and crafts, which pay homage to the past and the region.

The hotel welcomes guests to dine, drink, and socialize at three restaurants and two bars, including the:

  • Restaurant Panorama: a modern dining room and winter garden for a rich breakfast buffet and dinner, served as part of the Seehof half-board offer.
  • Fondue Stübli: a cozy dining room serving various cheese fondues, including favorites like cheese fondue or Fondue Chinoise, open only during winter.
  • Restaurant Chesa: with its own bar, sun terrace, and lounge, it has a cozy and rustic ambiance and offers home-style cooking and alpine specialties all year round.
  • Seehof Bar-Lounge: an aperitif and drinks bar featuring a large lounge and fireplace with live music (in winter).

Other hotel amenities include the Bella Vita wellness area, a 400 m2 spa and recreation space with a modern fitness room (open 24h a day), a whirlpool, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Steam bath, ice fountain, relaxation room with fireplace, and a large range of treatments.

The Precise Tale Seehof is also one of the two key hotels catering to attendees during the WEF.
