Guests of the Alex Hotel Day Party in Zurich were treated to a delightful afternoon of live music and good food where they could clear their mind and have fun in the beautiful ambience of the lake.
DJ Minus 8 played classic party songs, and the band THE PHLY BOYZ – who were flown in directly from the Côte d’Azur – continued the great atmosphere! Everyone had a lot of fun on the dance floor, enjoying both the amazing summer weather and lake views from the terrace.
Head chef Michael Schuler and his team prepared culinary delicacies throughout the afternoon including:
• Fantastic sushi and brilliant presentation and serving by DUBNO
• Champagne from G.H. Mumm
• Fresh oysters by Bianchi
• Grill dishes
• Fruit and smoothie bar by Most Delicious by Jelmoli
• Ice cream from The Living Circle’s (a hotel group Alex Hotel belongs to) own farm, Schlattgut
• Dessert buffet by Larissa Wehrli
The in-house mixologist and winner of the World Class Bartender 2021, Matteo Moscatelli, created fine, summery spritzers for guests to enjoy. And of course wines from the wineyard Terreni alla Maggia in Ascona were also served!
This sun-dappled summer party was the perfect event to showcase the exceptional cuisine of the Alex Lake Zurich Hotel’s elegant restaurant and the outstanding culinary skills of its chefs. Guests had the opportunity to sample the delicacies of the hotel’s partners, make new friends, have fun on the dance floor and feel the light evening breeze whip through their hair on a luxurious boat trip, before watching the sun set on another tranquil summer afternoon, from a stunning spot on one of the most beautiful terraces in the city!
