Champagne & Friends Garden Party Zurich

Champagne & Friends celebrated its largest event to date with the 22nd edition of its renowned tasting series, transforming the panoramic terrace at Sonnenberg into Zurich’s biggest champagne garden party. Around 300 guests gathered for an evening in a relaxed chic atmosphere, spectacular city views, and exceptional champagne.

Guests explored an impressive selection of 100 champagnes, ranging from world-famous houses such as Ruinart, Charles Heidsieck and Laurent-Perrier to acclaimed grower-producers including Leclerc Briant, Emmanuel Brochet, Larmandier-Bernier and Fleury. Hidden gems such as Domaine Méa, Mandois and Hatt et Söner completed a tasting experience that celebrated the remarkable diversity of Champagne.

Combined with a flying dinner and an elegant open-air setting, the event once again demonstrated why Champagne & Friends has become a must-attend tasting party for lovers of fine wine, lifestyle and cosmopolitan networking. Founded by Dan Roznov, better known as Champagne Spy, Champagne & Friends is Switzerland’s largest and most prestigious champagne tasting. Since 2017, the event series has welcomed more than 4,500 guests, showcased 140 champagne producers and over 1,600 cuvées across premium tastings in St. Moritz and Zurich. Its philosophy is simple: “I came for the champagne, but I stayed for the people.”

The next Champagne & Friends event will take place on 1 November at George Bar & Grill in Zurich. To receive invitations and exclusive updates on future editions, subscribe to the newsletter
