On June 3, 2026, The Living Circle, the hand-picked group of first-class hotels and restaurants in Switzerland and Perrier-Jouët Champagne hosted an exceptional culinary evening at La Rôtisserie restaurant of the Storchen hotel, bringing together three acclaimed chefs for a unique six-hands dinner in celebration of the launch of Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2018.
The event marked a special milestone with the first-ever appearance in Switzerland of renowned French chef Pierre Gagnaire, one of the most influential figures in contemporary gastronomy. Awarded three Michelin stars and 19.5 GaultMillau points, Gagnaire joined forces with two of Switzerland’s leading culinary talents: Stefan Heilemann, holder of two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points, and Stefan Jäckel, awarded one Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points.
Together, the three chefs created an exclusive menu designed to complement the elegance and complexity of Perrier-Jouët‘s latest Belle Époque vintage. Guests were invited to experience a carefully curated journey of flavors, craftsmanship and creativity, paired with one of Champagne’s most iconic cuvées.
Set within the elegant surroundings of La Rôtisserie, the evening celebrated not only the launch of Belle Époque 2018 but also the artistry and passion that define world-class gastronomy. The collaboration between Perrier-Jouët and The Living Circle offered guests a rare opportunity to experience three outstanding culinary perspectives united around a shared commitment to excellence.
