Dolder Lodge 2020: Winter Menu at Dolder Grand Hotel

Prepare for the coolest ski experience at Dolder lodge. At 701m above sea level the Zurich ski lodge provides an authentic ski feel.

The ever luxurious Dolder Grand Hotel opened Dolder lodge on the 13 November 2020. Just one step into the lodge and guests are immediately immersed in a retro aesthetic intended to bring a Swiss alpine feeling mixed with the funky sound of Zurich.

Dolder Lodge provides guests with the best of both worlds, to enjoy the mountain atmosphere without having to lug all that ski gear around. It’s the ultimate luxurious ski trip without the fuss.

The ski hut décor provides the glittering retro look that makes it effortlessly cool and will make guests feel that way as soon as they enter. Guests will be pleased to find a “selfie station” for that perfect Instagram post and a diverse, mouth-watering three course meal menus for none vegetarians and vegetarians. 

Just to get you salivating the “Alpine Menu” has various starters to share like braised beef shoulder or Älplermagronen for CHF 98.00 per person.

The “Fondue Menu” starts with Grisons specialties followed by a fondue of your choice: classic, with truffles or Heiko Nieders and Rolf Beeler’s “THE Fondue”. An exclusive  variety of dessert creations provide the sweet conclusion and that extra touch to make you feel like it’s time to undo your belt. Behind the culinary delights are the Dolder master chefs Heiko Nieder, Julian Mai and chef patissier Christian Hümbs. CHF 89.00 per person.

The Dolder Lodge offers sufficient space for two to four people per table.

Monday – Sunday from 5pm- 11pm, until 28 February 2021
