On Sunday we brunch! And why not try out and enjoy a lovely weekend treat in a stylish interior of Sablier Rooftop Restaurant & Bar at Zurich Airport. The restaurant is spread over two levels with a total area of about 1,700 sq m and divided into several large and small rooms with individual niches. Open terraces and impressive window fronts allow views of the idyllic park. The Sablier offers 300 indoor seats and the terrace for 120 guests.
The Sunday brunch includes à la carte options such as Eggs Bénédicte, shrimp cocktail, salmon tartar, trendy avocado toasts and Black Angus entrecôte. The dishes go really well with a glass of champagne, fresh fruit juices or one of high-quality teas from Mariage Frères.
