Following a major refurbishment of the flagship store on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich, Swiss department store Globus has proudly opened in a new chapter in its nearly 130-year history.
The new Luxury Avenue on the ground floor of the historic department store is resplendent in a fabulous new look, designed and created by renowned Italian architect Marco Costanzi. Here, immediately upon arrival, a range of global luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Moncler, Celine, Valentino and Bucherer Fine Jewellry now offer a shopping experience unlike any other. In addition, Globus is especially proud to be the home of the very first Balenciaga, Loewe and Off-White TM shops in Switzerland – an experience fashion lovers have been waiting for.
All five floors of the Globus Zurich department store have brand-new worlds to be discovered, with a range of new brands and innovative display concepts to entertain and entice. Already a must-visit destination in the city center, it will also soon feature a new catering concept with two new restaurants: Don Leone, located on the ground floor, promises to be the new place to be for coffee, lunch dates or after-dinner drinks, while the Rooftop Garden on the fifth floor will offer beautifully plated, yet luxuriously modern and healthy treats during the shopping day, as well as a wonderful view of the Zurich skyline.
In November 2021 Globus Zurich celebrated the Re-opening. On this occasion the ground floor Luxury Boulevard turned into a colorful disco with a great crowd, champagne, shopping and DJ tunes.
