Japanese Hot Pot PopUp OISHII – Widder Hotel Zurich

In Japanese, OISHII means “tasty” – and tasty is what this winter is all about at the Widder Hotel. When the temperatures outside are dropping it’s time for the annual flagship Ruinart pop up restaurant at the Bel Etage of the Widder Hotel. This year it is not about cheese foundue with bubbles. The 2019/2020 season is dedicated to Japanese flavours: Japanese hot pot à la façon Ruinart. The ShabuShabu can be enjoyed with the matching Ruinart champagne and atmospheric ambience created by the made.com interior studio.

The traditional winter dish “ShabuShabu” from East Asia is served in the middle of the table. The noodles are served in an iron pot with thin fillet of beef, lobster tails, salmon and Asian vegetables such as Pak Choi or shitake mushrooms. Infused with a soya stock and complemented with sesame sauce and limes, the hotpot becomes a culinary journey to Japan right in the Zurich city center.

OISHII offers space for 35 people and can also be booked for exclusive events.
