From the 27th of April till the 28th of May 2023 the hotel Dolder Grand in Zurich hosts for the second time a seafood pop-up restaurant “The Lobster Club”.
Culinary Director Heiko Nieder and Rene Kilian and their team bring seafood creations to the plates. Street art by Boogie, created especially for the pop-up, creates the appropriate setting.
We enjoyed the following dishes from the diverse menu:
• “The Lobster Club” soup
• Octopus with red mojo sauce
• Lobster spring roll
• Snow Crab sandwich
• King crab & sea trout roe
• Wild water shrimps with mango, seaweed & curry
• Half of Maine lobster in shell with black pepper sauce
