This year the Swiss figure skating music show Art On Ice celebrated its 25th anniversary. Art on Ice delights nearly 80,000 people each year in major cities in Switzerland. The show was a great mix of Swiss artists (pop singer Bastian Baker, rapper Bligg and Marc Sway) and international guests like Rebecca Ferguson and Aloe Blacc who in his own words was “applying figure skaters’ majesty to his voice”.
As every year Olympic and World champions like Tatiana Volosozhar & Maxim Trankov, Alina Zagitova, Javier Fernandez, champions Vanessa James & Morgan Ciprè and others showed brilliant performances on the ice and were warmly welcomed by the Swiss audience.
An incredible combination of the art of dancing, ice skating and live music fascinates over 80 000 spectators across Switzerland each year. The costumes, stage design and the surprise acts make this annual event always well awaited and exciting.
We had the pleasure to attend Art On Ice in Zurich at Hallenstadion and have fun at the legendary after-party at Kameha Grand Hotel.
