Park Hyatt Zurich meets the internationally renowned professional chef from Nova Scotia Alain Bossé, also known as the Kilted Chef. From the 19th – 29th June 2019 Zurich citizens and visitors have an opportunity to enjoy exclusive dinners in the Parkhuus restaurant.

Seafood from Newfoundland and Labrador waters in Canada – the famous lobster, scallops and Atlantic snow crab, Atlantic-Canadian cuisine expertise of the Alain Bossé and the astounding talents of the Park Hyatt Zurich’s Executive Chef Frank Widmer combined make out an exquisite dining experience.

Seafood and Canadian specialties, whole lobster, fresh and lightly fried scallops, Newfoundland crab cakes and amazing desserts are worth trying on the beautiful terrace of the restaurant Parkhuus in the hotel Park Hyatt Zurich:
